7 Healing nights F.A.Q.

1) What is "7 Healing Nights"?
It is a “Pure Consciousness & Primordial Frequency” Healing Meditation for 7 consecutive nights in a row for 30 min each night.

2) How does “7 Healing Nights” work?
You will be guided into a deep meditative state where you relax and start “awakening & connecting” with your spirit on the deepest levels.

3) Why 7 nights?
While healing can happen spontaneously, more often it happens over time. 7 nights in a row allows body, mind & spirit to awaken and acknowledge and allow for permanent change to take place.

4) Ok, I understand the guided meditation part of it, but what is going on in the background when you’re not talking?
I am in a meditative state connecting with pure consciousness - the field- and generating primordial frequencies.

5) Is this healing a Hypnotherapy, NLP (neuro linguistic programing) or some kind a “induced psychology?”
No. It goes far beyond those modalities. Once you are reflecting from pure consciousness/the field the potential is limitless.

6) Am I at home on Zoom and you do the healing through the internet?
We are connected through the internet, but that connection is not even necessary for the healing to take place. The healing takes place through the qi-field, which I create through pure consciousness.

7) How does remote healing work? How do I get the healing?
It works by “connecting” to oneness, also called the field or pure consciousness (Yiyuanti). In this state your spirit or “higher-self” reflects what is best for you at this particular time.

8) For who is the “7 Healing Nights” best meant for?
It is for anyone who is interested in healing their body, mind or soul.

9) Do you have some kind of special abilities that others don’t?
Not really. Anybody has a potential to do the same. However, when I was 7 years old, I was in a coma for 21 days, which allowed me to, let's say, accelerate connection to pure consciousness & infinite intelligence more easily on the deepest levels. You can see my website for more details.

10) What can I do to get the most out of these “7 healing nights”?
It is enough to have the intent that you want to have a healing. Do not put any expectations on the outcome.

11) How can I best prepare for a session?
It helps to be free of distractions – turning off your phone and mediating on your own before the session is helpful, but not necessary.

12) What if there is background noise?
It is best for your mind if there is no noise or distraction. However, the healing works either way.

13) What if I can’t hear or understand you or we lose the connection during the healing, will I still receive the healing?
Yes, absolutely! It is not the words that I say that generate the healing. In fact, if we get disconnected continue to meditate as we will continue to be connected through the Field.

14) What sort of self-care protocols should I practice immediately after the healing?
Drink lots of water and if possible, take warm Epsom salt bath. It will help flush the toxins out of your body more easily.

15) What should I expect to feel? Are there any side effects?
Everyone has different experience. However, people often fall asleep – that is ok, as you bypass your thinking mind, feelings and emotions! Do not expect anything. Many experience a sense of peacefulness, some a release of pain. Some feel calmer, more relaxed or sleepy. Also, at the beginning, you may feel discomfort as the qi starts awakening/moving through the body.

16) Do I need to stay in front of the computer/phone watching you in order to receive the healing?
No, it is not necessary! You can relax and close your eyes away from the screen. You do not need to watch me in order to receive the healing.

17)What if I don’t notice anything?
You are still receiving the healing on the deepest levels that you are not yet aware of on the conscious level.

18) What should I focus on during the 30 minutes?
Allow yourself to be guided into inner expansion to be more present on the deepest levels. If your mind starts wondering, gently bring your focus back to your heart center and/or breath.

19) Should I focus on a part of the body that needs the healing i.e., liver, knee, head, etc. in order to receive the “right” healing?
No, it is not necessary. The less your think of the area that needs the healing, the more open to the healing you will become.

20) What if I start feeling worse rather than better during the session or right after the session?
Some people go through detoxification process where qi (life-force) starts moving through the body that may cause initial discomfort.
